When the oil is in the pan, the star anise, chili, sesame pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic are stir-fried in the pan together, and the fry is fragrant, but don't fry, then the fish head and fish fillet are in the pan and the fish fillet is poured.
7.
Don't stir-fry the fish fillets in the pan, otherwise the fish fillets are thin and easy to rot. Add hot water and cook for 7-8 minutes, then pour it into the hot pot and cook on a low heat. The fish fillets will turn white.
8.
After the wok is heated, pour the oil into it. You can add more oil. Wash the dried chili section and sesame pepper and pour it into the oil and fry it. Don’t fry it. The washed chili is not easy to fry. Pour the fried chili. Add the sesame seeds sprinkled with coriander to the hot pot fish and you can start it
Tips:
The fillets should not be too thin
