Spicy Fried Beans

Take out the frozen beans in the refrigerator and thaw them. This is the frozen beans that have been blanched. Soak them in water to thaw faster. After thawing, the beans will be defrosted for later use.

Peel and wash the shallots, chopped green onions and set aside.

Add the right amount of oil to the pot, saute the shallots and the right amount of chili sauce.

Add the beans and stir fry. There are two types of beans, one is golden hook and the other is oily beans. The oily beans have less meat and thick beans, and the golden hook has thin bean drums. They are all delicious. I prefer the golden hook.

Stir-fry until the beans are soft, add a little water and simmer for a few minutes. The beans must be cooked thoroughly before eating

The braised beans are ready to be cooked.

Take out the pan and serve. Serve the spicy fried beans, OK! It's dinner.
