Spicy Fried Clams

Slice the ginger, smash the garlic, wash and cut the dried chili, wash the pepper, pour oil in the pot, and stir the ginger, garlic, pepper and dried chili in the pot after the oil is hot

After washing the clams, put them in the pot and stir fry

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to seasoning. Note: Because the clam itself is a seafood, and here we put light soy sauce and oyster sauce, so there is no need to add salt~

Tips:
Clams and other shellfish are rich in umami flavor. Don't add MSG when cooking, or add more salt to avoid losing the umami flavor. Shellfish should be spit out and eaten after being cooked thoroughly. Shellfish such as flower clams are cold in nature, so those with deficiency of the spleen and stomach should not eat more.
