The June fresh soy sauce really deserves its reputation, and the seafood tastes delicious. My son doesn’t like to eat seafood. He only liked clams since he was a child. It’s not good to not add chili when clams are fried. In order to let him eat clams, he fries two kinds of clams at a time: one spicy and the other spicy

Spicy Fried Clams

1. Buy clams, soak them in water, and wash them when they are fried

2. Wash the clams once, then pick up the pots of the clams with your hands, and rinse them again. Repeatedly several times, the sand is washed away

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it for 60%

4. Add dried chili and saute

5. Add clams and stir fry

6. Wait for the clams to open slightly, pour in June fresh soy sauce, stir fry evenly, pour in oyster sauce

7. Stir fry until the clams are open, add a little salt, stir well and add coriander to the pan

8. The clams should be eaten while they are hot, they will be fishy when they are cold

Tips:

1. Try to buy larger clams and have more meat
2. Be sure to choose fresh clams
3. The seafood itself contains salt, just put a little salt
