Spicy Fried Clams

Soak the clams in water for 30 minutes to let them spit out the dirty stuff

Wash the clams

Put the prepared base ingredients into the pot and stir fry

Saute the base ingredients until fragrant

Add the clams and continue to stir fry, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and a little white wine to increase the fragrance. When the clams have all their mouths open, they can be out of the pot!
Tips:
In order to let the clams fully spit out the dirty things, you can put some salt, vinegar and sesame oil in the water.
