Spicy Fried Clams
1.
The sixties must be washed and vomited clean, preferably with a small brush.
2.
Drain the oil after the pan is heated.
3.
Be sure to remember to turn on the range hood, because it will be very choking and the oily smoke will be very heavy.
4.
Add star anise, bay leaves, dried chilies, and chives, and stir-fry for a fragrance.
5.
Add the sixties and stir fry.
6.
Then add two kinds of sauce, sugar, salt, and stir-fry until the sixties are opened (the dead ones won't open, so don't eat the ones that don't open). Finally, add the green peppers and stir-fry for a while.
