Spicy Fried Clams

Prepare the seasoning, cut the shallots, white and green onion leaves separately

Ask the stall owner when buying clams, I bought the ones that have been spit out the mud and sand. Wash them and pick them up.

1. You can use fresh soy sauce instead of steamed fish sauce with lemon
