Spicy Fried Crayfish

1. Prepare materials.

2. Wash the lobster with a brush, remove the shrimp thread, and cut off the shrimp silk with scissors.

3. Dice pepper, mince garlic, diced green onion, set aside.

4. Pour 300 ml of water into the pot, blanch the lobster, remove and drain.

5. Pour 20 ml of oil into the pot, add star anise, pepper, minced garlic, green onion/ginger, dried red pepper, stir fry until fragrant.

6. Pour the crayfish and stir fry, add 20 ml of Haitian Gudao cooking wine and 15 ml of Haitian Golden Label Light Soy Sauce.

7. After the stew, stir fry over high heat to collect the juice.

Tips:

After washing the crayfish, add a few drops of sesame oil and add some vinegar to the crayfish, so that the crayfish will be cleaned.
