Spicy Fried Dried Fish

Dried fish bought from the supermarket.

Take off the head.
3.
Rinse with water and dry.
4.
Cut the green onion into sections, and shred the ginger and chili.

Pour oil in the pan and fry the dried fish first.

Shovel out after turning yellow.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat the oil with the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add chili and stir fry.

Pour in the dried fish and stir fry.

Pour in the light soy sauce and a small amount of salt, stir fry evenly and out of the pan.

Rolled up pancakes and served very well.
