Spicy Fried Duck Intestines

Duck intestines are quite annoying to wash, but the cooking at home must be clean. I directly washed them one by one through the running water pipe. The contents were cleaned and the water was squeezed out for later use. Boil the pot with hot water. After the water is boiled, put the washed duck intestines in and scald, keep it on high heat, and remove it to drain after half a minute.

Start the pan, heat the pan and stir-fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant. Add a tablespoon of bean paste and dried chili and stir fry.

Put the duck intestines and stir fry on high heat, add cooking wine, light soy sauce and sugar, keep on high heat, fry until the juice is collected, and put the coriander on a serving plate.
