This red jelly is made by myself with red amaranth juice. The color is very beautiful, and it tastes good when it is fried with a little chili.

Spicy Fried Jelly

1. Prepare a piece of red jelly.

2. Cut the jelly into cubes.

3. Prepare some chili.

4. Cut the pepper into sections.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili to fry until fragrant.

6. Add jelly.

7. Add salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.

8. Plate.

Tips:

1. The jelly can be made by yourself, boiled with mung bean starch and boiled water, cooled and shaped into a jelly.
2. The jelly can be eaten with mixing or stir-frying. Adding a little chili is more appetizing.
