Spicy Fried Jelly

Prepare a piece of red jelly.

Cut the jelly into cubes.
3.
Prepare some chili.
4.
Cut the pepper into sections.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili to fry until fragrant.

Add jelly.
7.
Add salt and chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
8.
Plate.
Tips:
1. The jelly can be made by yourself, boiled with mung bean starch and boiled water, cooled and shaped into a jelly.
2. The jelly can be eaten with mixing or stir-frying. Adding a little chili is more appetizing.
