Spicy Fried Jelly

1. Cut the jelly into cubes for later use

2. Pour edible oil into the pot, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and Pixian bean paste, stir fry until fragrant, break the dried chilies into the pot and stir fry

3. Put the jelly cubes in a pot and stir-fry evenly, add a small amount of water and light soy sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes

4. Pour in the red oil and stir fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green garlic and serve
