Spicy Fried Large Intestine

1 pair of live pig intestine, each time you want to buy pig intestine, you must book in advance

Pour the cornmeal into the pig intestine

Knead it with your hands for about 10 minutes. Clean with clean water. There is a lot of oil in the pig intestine. You can turn it over to remove the oil. If you like fat, you can omit it without removing the oil. Just turn it over and rinse it off.
