Spicy Fried Lotus Root Slices

The lotus root is peeled and washed for later use. I think it is still crunchy when fried. You can consult when you buy it. There is also a stewed soup that feels like noodles. I am preparing some green peppers and pork belly.

Cut the lotus root into thin slices. If the knife is not good, cut it slowly. Make sure to cut the shrimp evenly. Then rinse with cold water several times to wash off the powder on it, and then soak it in cold water to avoid discoloration.

Thin slices of pork belly and set aside

Cut green pepper into pieces with diagonal knife

Pour in the lotus root slices and stir well

Add bean paste, salt, chicken powder
