Spicy Fried Pork Liver

Wash the liver and cut into thin slices.

Cut dried chili into small sections, slice ginger and garlic, wash garlic sprouts and cut into small sections.

Put cornstarch, white wine, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl of pork liver.

Grab the liver repeatedly with hands and let it stand for 8 minutes.

Heat the pan and put the oil in the pan, add the ginger, garlic and dried chili to the pan until fragrant.

Put the pork liver in the pan and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add the tempeh and garlic sprouts.
