Dip Pork Liver

Prepare a piece of fresh pork liver.

The ingredients are ready as shown above.

Soak the liver in clean water for half an hour.

Wash ginger 1/2 slices.

Wash the green onion leaves and cut into sections.

Put the liver in cold water.

Add sliced ginger, green onion and green onion leaves, dried chili, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon.
