Stir-fried Pork Liver

1. Cut the liver into thin slices, as thin as possible.

2. The cut pork liver slices are washed twice or three times in cold water, and then soaked for one or two hours, which will help to expel the toxins in the liver.

3. Add the soaked pork liver slices to the cooking wine, marinate the chopped green onion and ginger for about 15 minutes.

4. Mince garlic and cut ginger into small pieces.

5. Wash and slice cucumbers.

6. Put oil in the wok, you can put more, after the oil is hot, pour half of the ginger slices and minced garlic, stir fry for a fragrance.

7. Pour the liver slices and quickly break them up.

8. Pour in soy sauce and salt and stir fry after changing color.
