Spicy Fried Pork Liver with Millet

Wash and chop the millet spicy.

Soak the liver in clean water for at least 30 minutes.

Thinly slice the pork liver.

Boil water in a pot.

Put it on a plate, add green onion, ginger, egg white, five-spice powder, and dry starch.

Grab well and set aside.

Mince black tempeh.
8.
Heat oil in a pan, add black tempeh and saute until fragrant.

Add millet to be spicy.
10.
Stir fry until the color darkens.
11.
Add the marinated pork liver.
12.
Stir fry for 30 seconds.
13.
Add soy sauce and it's delicious.
14.
Stir and fry for 30 seconds over fire and serve.
Tips:
The liver must be soaked in clean water for at least 30 minutes before frying.
When frying, stir fry.
