Spicy Fried Rice Cake

Ingredients: 200g rice cakes, 200g beans, one potato, one carrot.

Seasoning: Korean hot sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence, white sesame seeds.

Add a little water to boil the Korean hot sauce, then add salt, sugar and chicken essence and mix thoroughly.

Blanch the beans in water until they are fully cooked, remove them and rinse them in cold water for later use.

After the potatoes have been blanched for two minutes, add the carrots and cook for one minute. Remove and rinse with cold water for later use.

The nian gao is boiled in boiling water until soft, remove the cold water and set aside.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, then add the beans, potatoes, carrots, and rice cakes in turn and stir fry quickly.

Pour in the prepared seasoning, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and stir fry a few times.

Finally, add sesame oil and mix well.
