Spicy Fried Seaweed Shreds

The purchased kelp was washed repeatedly.

Put the washed seaweed in a pot and steam it on high heat for about ten minutes.

The steamed kelp is slightly heated and cut into filaments.

Wash again.

Prepare chili sauce.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chili sauce.

Stir fragrant.

Put in kelp shreds.

Add some salt and stir fry.

Stir-fry until there is no moisture, add chicken essence to taste.

Turn off the heat and add a little sesame oil to taste.
Tips:
1. The taste of chili sauce is already beautiful, so I didn't add any more sugar, and added less salt.
2. If there is no fresh kelp, soaked dried kelp will be equally delicious.
