It is said that shrimp shells are rich in calcium, so I don’t like to eat them. I always want to get rid of them; but I have eaten all of this plate of shrimps.

Spicy Fried Shrimp

1. Fresh shrimp.

2. Cut the prawns and feet, use a toothpick to pick the prawn thread, wash and set aside;

3. Cut dried chili into small pieces; cut green onion into small pieces; slice garlic;

4. Mix the sauce: tomato chili sauce, bean chili sauce, sugar, chicken essence, salt, 3 tablespoons of water, set aside;
