Spicy Fried Squid Rings

Peel off the skin of the onion, cut into thin strips, peel and slice the garlic;

Thaw the squid rings, add the chopped onion and garlic;

Then add garlic chili sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, pepper;

Grab all the ingredients evenly and marinate for about 30 minutes;

Add a little olive oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add all the marinated ingredients and stir fry for two minutes to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. For this dish, I used a ready-made squid ring, or fresh squid. The squid must be cut off and kept for other purposes. The fish bones are removed and the squid body is cut into circles;
2. In the fourth step, olive oil is used for frying. Firstly, olive oil is very nutritious, and secondly, it also enhances the taste of the whole dish. If there is no olive oil, it can also be replaced with other cooking oils.
