Spicy Fried Tofu

Wash the tofu and cut into flat strips

Spread a layer of oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, add tofu, and fry on low heat

Prepare dried chili pepper, chopped green onion and garlic

Fry on one side until golden brown, then turn over and continue to fry until golden brown

Drain the oil and set aside

Use the remaining oil in the pot to stir fragrant dried chilies and peppers

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Pour in tofu and stir fry, then add salt and chicken essence and stir fry
