Spicy Garlic Spinach Dumpling

Wash the spinach by removing the roots.

Cut into inch segments.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add spinach sections to blanch water.

After blanching the water, put it directly into cold water.

Chop garlic and put it in a bowl.

Add vinegar, sesame oil, salt chicken essence, June fresh soy sauce and stir to form a sauce.

Spicy peanuts are crushed with a knife, [leave a few whole pieces for decoration].

The blanched spinach is squeezed out of water, put into a cup and pressed slightly to form.

Tips:
Spinach contains oxalic acid and must be blanched first, so that it can be eaten healthy; friends who like spicy food can also use dried chilies instead of spicy peanuts to show another flavor of this dish.
