Spicy Glutinous Chicken Feet

Add proper amount of ginger and proper amount of cooking wine to the water, boil the chicken feet, blanch the water and drain, remove the chicken feet, rinse with cold water, and drain (cut the toenails).

Put it in a cold oil, stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic and the red 99 hot pot seasoning on low heat to create a fragrance.

Put the chicken feet and stir fry for two minutes, then add pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, sugar, soy sauce and stir fry.

Then add water (no chicken feet), turn to a low heat and cook for 30-40 minutes. Don't forget to stir fry a few times in the middle to prevent sticking to the pan.
