Spicy Grilled Fish Hot Pot

1. Clean the fish and ask the chef to help with the knife when buying the fish. 2. You can wear disposable gloves, and evenly spread the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt on the upper and lower sides of the fish, put ginger shreds, and marinate. 15 to 20 minutes.

Brush oily paper or tin foil with a layer of oil, then put the marinated fish on top, coat both sides of the fish with oil, preheat the oven for 2-3 minutes, 230 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes
