Spicy Grilled Grass Carp

Clean up the grass carp, cut 3 knives on the fish, add barbecue marinade, cooking wine, oyster sauce, pepper, mix well and marinate for more than 20 minutes

Tips:
The grilling time increases or decreases with the size of the fish. There is salt in the grilling marinade and oyster sauce, so there is no need to add salt.
