Spicy Grilled Squid

Remove the black film on the surface of the squid, take out the hose inside, remove the debris and clean it

After drying the surface water with a kitchen paper towel, sprinkle with salt and white pepper, squeeze the lemon juice and spread it evenly, and marinate for 10 minutes

Pour the Korean hot sauce, chili powder, five-spice powder, cumin powder, light soy sauce, barbecue sauce, sugar, and salt into the container and stir evenly. Marinate for about 1 hour. Wash the onions, carrots and hot peppers and cut them. Set aside into shreds, line the baking tray with tin foil, and put vegetable shreds on the bottom

Put the marinated squid on the baking tray, then spread the sauce evenly on the whole squid, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes
