Spicy Grilled Tofu

The tofu I bought is kept in clean water for about an hour

Cut into tofu pieces about one centimeter thick, and insert some holes with toothpicks to taste

Put the tofu on the baking tray and coat it with corn oil

Tear up a layer of salt

Sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder evenly (you can leave a small amount and tore after roasting)

Put into the oven (preheat the oven in advance), bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes

After taking it out, tear up the remaining cumin powder and chili powder, and chopped green onion.
Tips:
Use toothpicks to put some holes in the tofu to make it more delicious
