Tips:
The type and amount of ingredients can be increased or decreased according to personal preference. I personally think that it is also delicious to add pork belly slices, squid silk and sauce beef slices.
Although it seems that there are many steps, the method is actually very simple. It is more troublesome to prepare the ingredients and it is quick to fry. The key is that if you do it yourself, it's really cost-effective.
If there is no ready-made spiced oil, you can make some. Spiced oil materials: star anise, pepper, grass fruit, cloves, shan Na, dried chili, fennel, meat kou, cinnamon, bay leaf, vegetable oil.
