Spicy Hot Pot

Slice the pork belly and bacon, wash all kinds of vegetables, cut the garlic sprouts and small rapeseed, cut the dried tofu skin into strips, and soak the fungus.

Blanch the prawns.

Blanch vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms.

Add a small amount of oil in a hot pan, stir-fry pork belly, and then add onions.

Add the spicy fragrant pot bottom ingredients.

I use the spicy hot pot seasoning I bought in the supermarket, it saves trouble, and it’s not bad to ask.

Stir-fry evenly and add in various meats and dried bean curd.

After about 2 minutes, add various vegetables, stir-fry for about 3 minutes to make the vegetables taste good, and they will be out of the pot.
Tips:
You can save a lot of time by using the spicy hot pot seasoning bought in the supermarket. Various ingredients can be added or subtracted according to your own preferences, and you can also add fish balls and frozen tofu. Due to the variety of ingredients, I was afraid that I could not finish it, so I didn't add other ingredients😄.
