Spicy Hot Pot

Prepare ingredients, shred the onion, remove the stalks and wash the enoki mushrooms, wash the lotus roots, peel and slice them, wash the leaves and soak them in salt water for ten minutes, blanch them all and cook them.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and fungus, soak and remove the stems, and blanch them to cook.
