Spicy hot pot is very popular in my house. It is simply a superb dish. Every time you eat this dish, you have to make more rice. It is very convenient to stir-fry this dish with spicy fragrant pot seasoning, just add it according to personal taste.

Spicy Hot Pot

1. Prepare the ingredients, clean the shrimp, thaw the fish balls in advance, cut the celery into small pieces, cut the mushrooms into small pieces, slice the lotus root, slice the potatoes, and also put other favorite side dishes.

2. Blanch these fish balls until cooked.

3. Blanch the vegetables for 2 minutes.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, and stir the chives, ginger, garlic first.

5. Add dried chili and stir fry.

6. Add the spicy sauce pot seasoning and stir fry.

7. Add the processed prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes.

8. Add fish balls.

9. Add the blanched side dishes, stir fry, and season with salt.

10. Stir-fry evenly to taste, sprinkle a tablespoon of cooked sesame seeds.

11. Out of the pot.
