Spicy Hot Pot Crayfish

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Cut the onions, carrots, and potatoes into pieces, and cut the beans into inch pieces.

3. Cut the garlic, pepper, green onion, and ginger.

4. Lobsters are cooked in boiling water. Cut a seam on the tail of the crayfish with scissors to make it tasteful.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes, beans, and carrots and fry them on medium heat until they are five years old. Then add onions and fry them until the skin is golden brown. Remove and set aside.

6. Leave oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to fry until fragrant.

7. Add the spicy sauce pot seasoning and saute until fragrant.

8. , Add crayfish and fry, pour a little hot water and let the steam come up to taste the crayfish, continue to fry for a while, finally add vegetables and stir-fry out of the pot.

Tips:

You don't need to deep-fry it when you cook it, and you can cook it in water and stir-fry it to lose weight.
