Spicy Hot Roasted Fish

The small fish scorpion is well washed and dried.

Sprinkle a little refined salt.

Marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash and chop the green and red peppers, wash the shallots and parsley, cut into sections, and slice the ginger.

Pour a little oil into the frying pan and arrange the small fishes neatly.

Fry the golden brown on both sides on a low fire, and then dry it out.

1. When frying small fish, place them neatly and with intervals to prevent sticking.
