When cooking seaweed shreds, if you like it crispy and refreshing, you should cook it for a few minutes. Remember to use cold water. My mother likes to eat soft. I probably cooked it on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Ma Ma said it is soft digestion. . . "

Spicy Kelp Shreds

1. Ingredients: dried kelp, chili, garlic.

2. Shake the soil on the dried kelp, soak it in clean water overnight, and change the water frequently. After soaking, wash and cut into silk.

3. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add a few drops of white vinegar, add the shredded kelp and cook for 6 minutes. Like soft ones, it can be extended for a few minutes. (Add a few drops of white vinegar to remove the unique fishy smell of kelp, and taste better).

4. Chop the garlic into minced pieces. (It is best to mash it into garlic, which is easy to taste).

5. The boiled kelp shreds are too cold water.

6. Remove the kelp shreds and drain the water, pour it into an airtight box, and pour the vinegar.

7. Add steamed fish drum oil.

8. Add chili oil in an appropriate amount according to taste.

9. Sprinkle some minced garlic on the kelp (if you don't like the garlic flavor, you can heat the oil and pour the minced garlic to reduce the spiciness and increase the garlic flavor).

10. Add pepper oil according to taste.

11. Sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds.

12. After the seasoning is put, close the sealing cap and shake it for a few times. (You can also put it in a clean convenient bag and shake it to taste)
