To clear away heat and remove fire, kelp has high nutritional value, rich in protein, fat, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, iodine and many other trace elements. Eating kelp is very beneficial to people's health.

Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

1. Wash the dried kelp to remove the sand and soak it.

2. Wash ribs

3. Boil a pot of boiling water

4. Boil the ribs and blanch the blood.

5. Remove the blanched ribs and place them in a casserole.

6. Wash the ginger, star anise, and cinnamon and put it in the pot.

7. Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole, simmer the ribs on high heat, turn to low heat when the water is boiled, and simmer for an hour.

8. When braising the ribs, we will treat the kelp, and the soaked kelp will wash away the mucus on the surface.

9. Cut it to the right size, I cut it into a diamond shape, or cut into kelp shreds.

10. After the ribs were simmered for an hour.

Tips:

1. Dried kelp has a lot of silt and must be washed.
2. Wash the kelp mucus several times to clean it up.
3. If there is enough time, the ribs will be stewed more often.
