Spicy Kelp Shreds

Material needed to be processed and rinsed

Wash the kelp shreds and cut into sections

Chop garlic, chopped green onion
4.
There is more oil in the pot than usual when cooking, (there is lard at home, it’s better to use lard), add garlic and green onions to explode the aroma

Add chili sauce and saute until fragrant

Pour in the shredded seaweed and stir-fry for a few times, add some salt to taste
