Spicy Konjac
1.
Cut the konjac into small pieces.
2.
Boil the konjac in a pot.
3.
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the garlic, fry the bean paste.
4.
Pour the konjac and stir fry.
5.
Add a little water to boil.
6.
Collect the juice and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Konjac must be blanched.
