My mother bought some lotus roots from the morning market. Cheap is cheap, but it’s not very clean. At the beginning and end of everything, mud and water flowed out. Every hole was filled with dark and dirty things. I can cut and wash while cutting. Although it is more troublesome, I handled it very cleanly. In the end, I cut it into cubes and cleaned it twice. Looking at the white lotus root, I felt that I could eat it like this. Now that it has been cut into dices, let's have a stir-fried lotus root, using my unique secret sauce.

Spicy Lotus Root

1. Wash and peel the lotus root, cut into cubes, and wash off the mucus with water.

2. Pour oil into the pot, add garlic and hot pot ingredients and sauté until fragrant.

3. Pour in the lotus root and stir fry. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until the lotus root becomes soft.

4. Add salt.

5. Add oyster sauce.

6. Finally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Tips:

1. The lotus root must be cleaned before frying, so that it will be refreshing after frying.
2. The lotus root is not easy to be cooked, so it needs to cook for a while to be cooked.
