Spicy Lotus Root

Wash and peel the lotus root, cut into cubes, and wash off the mucus with water.

Pour oil into the pot, add garlic and hot pot ingredients and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the lotus root and stir fry. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until the lotus root becomes soft.

Add salt.

Add oyster sauce.

Finally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips:
1. The lotus root must be cleaned before frying, so that it will be refreshing after frying.
2. The lotus root is not easy to be cooked, so it needs to cook for a while to be cooked.
