Spicy Lotus Root Slices

Lotus root wash

Boil the water in a pot, add white vinegar, salt, add the sliced lotus root, cook for 2 minutes on medium heat until the lotus root is broken, remove the lotus root slices and set aside

Wok with oil, saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant

Tips:
The lotus root slices should not be stir-fried for too long, too long will affect the crisp taste of the lotus root slices
