Spicy Meringue Shrimp

1. Buy fresh river prawns, dead shrimp are prone to allergies
2. When frying the shrimp, turn it over from time to time to avoid the hot pot.
3. My food was relatively light and then I only added half a tablespoon of light soy sauce (because I added the essence of chicken in cigarette case during frying earlier, if you like heavy flavor, add it as you see fit.
4. If you don’t like coriander, you can use other alternatives, such as chives.
