Spicy Mix

All the raw materials are ready: wash the lettuce and drain the water

Tips:
1. The raw materials for the spicy and spicy mix are free, and you can blanch whatever you want, such as potato chips, cabbage, chrysanthemum, kale, bean sprouts, etc. You can use whatever you have at home;
2. My pepper oil is fried by myself with fresh green peppercorns of the season. I fry a big bucket at a time. Do not remove the fried green peppercorns. If you leave the oil, I add a little bit every time I mix the vegetables. Delicious, absolutely hemp mouth;
3. The vegetables on the food stall are mixed and cooked. I think it is better to separate them, because the length of time they need to be cooked is different. For example, the vegetables only need to be boiled for 30 seconds.
4. If you can't eat spicy food, put less chili oil and pepper oil;
5. You can add more peanut butter and sesame sauce to make your spicy mix very fragrant.
