Spicy Mixed Pork Belly

Prepare a fresh pork belly and wash it.

Put an appropriate amount of water on the pot, put the cleaned pork belly into the pot, put ginger slices in the pot, cover it tightly, and boil on high heat.

Cook until the pork belly can be easily pierced in with chopsticks and it can be removed from the fire.

Take out the cooked pork belly and let it cool.

Prepare 30 grams of cooked peanuts, wash and cut the shallots, garlic, coriander and wild pepper. (You can also grind half of the peanuts)

Take a small bowl and add chili oil, sesame oil, light soy sauce with balsamic vinegar, cooked sesame seeds and appropriate amount of pepper.

Add the chopped auxiliary materials and peanuts and mix them into spices.

Put the pork belly on the chopping board and cut into small pieces.

Put it in the dish.
10.
Pour in the pre-adjusted spices and mix them all.
Tips:
To wash the pork belly, add 1 teaspoon of edible alkali powder and knead it, and it will be clean in an instant.
If you want the pork belly to be cooked quickly, you can press it in a pressure cooker for about 10 minutes.
