Octopus, also known as octopus, is a mollusk. It has no spine. It likes to dive into the deep sea. It is often used as a good helper for salvage. The nervous system of the octopus is very developed. It is the most advanced and complex among invertebrates. Very delicious. I encountered fresh octopus for sale in the market. I bought some and had a meal by myself. The rest was frozen and kept for the Spring Festival and brought back to my hometown to make for my father.

Spicy Octopus

1. Clean the octopus and remove the teeth

2. Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of refined salt and cooking wine, and quickly blanch the octopus, about 30 seconds

3. Too cold water after fishing out

4. Green and red pepper cut pepper rings

5. Mince green onion, ginger, garlic

6. Heat oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic

7. Add light soy sauce, refined salt, garlic chili sauce and sauté

8. Pour in the octopus and stir-fry until it is evenly coated in the sauce

9. Cook the cooking wine along the side of the pot, sprinkle the green and red pepper rings to get out of the pot

Tips:

1. Octopus is easy to cook, and there is a frying process later, so don't blanch it for too long
2. There is saltiness in the garlic chili sauce, so the amount of other seasonings should be reduced
