Spicy Octopus

Clean the octopus and remove the teeth

Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of refined salt and cooking wine, and quickly blanch the octopus, about 30 seconds

Green and red pepper cut pepper rings

Mince green onion, ginger, garlic

Heat oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic

Add light soy sauce, refined salt, garlic chili sauce and sauté

Tips:
1. Octopus is easy to cook, and there is a frying process later, so don't blanch it for too long
2. There is saltiness in the garlic chili sauce, so the amount of other seasonings should be reduced
