Spicy Octopus

1. Cut 1 white radish into thick slices, shred 1/4 onion, slice green pepper, slice green onion, set aside.

2. Cut the hairtail into appropriate lengths and remove the scales on the surface.

Mixing sauces: 2-3 spoons of soy sauce (a spoon for eating), 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of minced ginger, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of Korean chili sauce, 3 spoons of chili powder, 1 sugar Spoon, salt (appropriate amount). Mix the above seasonings together and stir evenly.
