Spicy Pork

1. The tenderloin is shredded and marinated with salt, starch and egg white.

2. The meat will be smooth and cooked at 70% oil temperature.

3. Put red oil, ginger garlic, and hot pepper in the pot.

4. Stir-fry and add the shredded pork.

5. Water starch thickens, stir well and just take out the pot.
