Spicy Pork Belly Stir-fried King Pleurotus
1.
I picked a few fresh and tender pleurotus eryngii. I left it in my refrigerator for a few days and felt a bit old, so I peeled it off.
2.
Cut into slightly thicker chunks.
3.
Cut ginger and garlic into small cubes and set aside.
4.
Slice the pork belly, add a little light soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, and cooking oil, and marinate for a while until it tastes good.
5.
A few yellow peppers, cut into pieces.
6.
The millet is spicy and chopped into small pieces.
7.
Cut the scallion into even sections.
8.
First take a pot, heat up a proper amount of oil, and put all the cut pleurotus eryngii pieces into it.
9.
Fry on one side until it is soft and golden brown. Fry on the other side until it is ready. Take it out of the pan and set aside.
10.
Put oil in the pan, pour the marinated meat in and fry for a while, until the oil is fragrant.
11.
Then use a spatula to grill the meat aside, add ginger, garlic, millet and continue to fry until fragrant.
12.
Appropriate amount of hot pot base, hot sauce or bean paste will do.
13.
Remember to stir fry with red oil on a low fire, and the high fire will melt the pot, so that the fried dishes will be particularly fragrant.
14.
At this time, the well-fried pleurotus eryngii and yellow pepper pieces can be thrown in.
15.
Stir-fry and add in appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder, and green onion.
16.
It can be cooked in a minute or two.
17.
Too fragrant, a super appetizing dish. Pleurotus eryngii has the same taste as meat, but not greasy, so it has a richer flavour and is more suitable for rice.
18.
I suggest you cook a little more rice, let alone I didn't tell you.
19.
I want to make myself a warmer and more beautiful person. I am not afraid, not afraid, not retired, and not tortured. May all the years I love be safe and peaceful. May the years have no turning back and no worries.
