Spicy Pork Liver

Cut the onion, green and red pepper into pieces, dried chili and ginger.

Cut the cleaned pork liver into thin slices after removing the tendons, add the cooking wine light soy sauce, pepper powder, and starch, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.
