Spicy Pork Ribs Braised Noodles

Half an onion. Eat the spare ribs frozen in the refrigerator before. I chose the thinner noodles. If you prepare a lot of ribs. The thicker one is also delicious

Put a little oil in the pot. Add the spicy seasoning. I used the Haidilao brand I bought online, but it’s very spicy.

Put in the ribs. There is a ribs soup in it. Just add a little water to cover the ribs. Spread onions on the side. Prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan.

Spread the noodles on the dish. Spread evenly. Preferably use a non-stick pan

Turn up the heat and cover the lid. Simmering for 5 to 6 minutes is almost the same. It depends on the thickness of the noodles you choose. The finer the better, the faster. Open the lid
